10 Low Cost or Free Fun Things to do in Halifax This August
The residents of HRM have come through many obstacles over the last few months. Widespread and devastating forest fires followed by extensive flooding have taken over local communities, during a time of year that’s usually known for its beach trips and patio drinks. It will be a long road of renovations and rebuilds for many people, but hopefully some sun can start shining on them as the summer continues.
As August rolls in, take some time to enjoy the sunshine and the harbourside city with the many great activities going on all month long. I’ve rounded up a few favorites that are free or low cost so be sure to get out there to experience what summer in Halifax is all about!
